Sometimes a simple gentle stretch is what is required. If you spend hours hunched forward, this can help encourage your upper back to move against that forward bend and your chest to open up

Pigeon stretch is great for stretching your gluteal muscles (buttock muscles), it uses gravity and is very effective. Adam shows us how it is done

A really useful stretch for anyone getting a bit round-shouldered because they spend too much time at the pc or if you are training at the gym to increase the size of your pectoral muscles. An over-tight pec minor may even be causing numbness and tingling in your arm or hand (although there are many other causes so do seek professional advice).
