Private medical insurers

Please note if you have private medical insurance that different practitioners are registered with different insurers, detail below 
Damian and Adam are registered with Bupa, Vitality and WPA and we can supply you with an emailed receipt with our registration number and the other details needed if you are going to claim directly with a cash plan or another provider.  We don't currently work with Aviva and  AXA.  Addison is not currently registered with the providers above.

About osteopathy

People are often surprised at the range of conditions treated by osteopaths.  Most of our work is with musculoskeletal problems including

Back and neck pain,  headaches,   joint pain and lumbago,   shoulder pain,   wrist and ankle dysfunction,  sports injuries,    tennis elbow, 

By working on muscles and joints we may be able to improve blood supply to tissues including nerves and may also help with   sciatica,   neuralgia and  muscle spasms, 

People come to us from a wide range of backgrounds and of all ages and may need help with recent sports injuries, chronic pain, wear and tear or rehabilitation. 

About the practice

​We divide our time between 2 practices, within 15 minutes walk of each other in South London, at Oval and Vauxhall; handy for Kennington, Stockwell, Oval, Battersea, Clapham Camberwell and Lambeth.
Evening, early morning and weekend and same day appointments are often available but not usually walk-ins.  
​Card payments are preferred including Apple and Google pay

Missed appointments policy

​Your appointment time is reserved just for you. A late cancellation or missed visit leaves a hole in the therapists' day that could have been filled by another patient. As such, we require 24 hours notice for any cancellations or changes to your appointment. Patients who provide less than 24 hours notice, or miss their appointment, will be charged a fee unless agreed otherwise, currently £35

Claylands Road treatment room 

The treatment room is in the back of 28a Clapham Road.  We have our own door, which is round the corner on Claylands Road, not 28b but the next door along.  We have our own doorbell so ring it when you arrive.

Underground
The clinic is very close to Oval station.  Come out of the door, turn right along Clapham Road and Claylands Road is second right 

Rail
The clinic is a 15 minute walk from Vauxhall Station, walk via Harleyford Road, past The Oval cricket ground to Oval underground station turn right, then second right

Parking Restrictions and low-traffic neighbourhoods
Most parking in the area is free before 8:30 and after 6:30pm
There are pay and display bays nearby
The clinic is outside the congestion charging zone but is in a low-traffic neighbourhood.   You can enter  our end of Claylands  Road from Clapham Road but we are about 10 metres from the  camera controlled traffic gate
